This is a  project website for the course 'Big Data for Biological Applications' at University of Florida. In this course, we have designed a dynamic De Bruijn Graph with the help of Forest Cover Method to increase the efficiency of DNA sequencing. The project website allows user to  access the source code file and the associated research paper from the download section.
